According to Collins English Dictionary-complete and unabridged 2012 Digital edition William Collins sons & Co.Ltd 1976 states that “ social capital is the network of social connections that exist between people and their shared values and norms of behaviour.

Digital citizen can build and enhance social capital if anyone or society is a digital citizenship active, it can be very helpful to market organisations through  social networks. Social capital can be enhanced through digital capital that can share any market organisations. can be enhanced if digital citizens share and market organisations accordingly and for the right reasons, if only it has a number or allowed number of people who want to carry the message out through the social networks
